Access to your planning portal begins immediately, you are responsible for submitting timelines, floor plans, etc. per our deadlines.

Execution & Logistics


Venue Management

  • Collecting copies of insurance (and other documents required by a venue for Wedding Venue &; or Reception Venue) from vendors & passing this information along to the venue.

Vendor Booking & Communication

On the Day of Coordination, you will be responsible for booking and communicating details with all your vendors. We will have a meeting within the 5-to-7-day period before the wedding where you will share these details with I Do Weddings by Lovely Little Ladies  and our team will go over your filled-out documents. On the wedding day, our team will rely on your planning, and we will be there to execute your timeline and keep things to your schedule.

  • Vendor Confirmation - Collecting all vendor contact and & responsibility information from you. (to be given 7 days prior to the wedding – 
  • outlined of contractual responsibilities and duties to be performed.
  • Serving as the “team captain” of all the vendors on the day of the wedding.
  • Ensuring everyone arrives on time,
  • Follow any house rules provided by a wedding venue and or Reception Venue, as detailed in your contracts.
  • the liaison between the couple and vendors to follow the timeline (s). (to be given 5-7 days prior to wedding)
  • Fielding any hiccups that may occur and making decisions to problem solve.
  • Collecting information regarding your balances with vendors,
  • vendor meal requirements, etc. to pass along to you and/or the venue.

Day Of Wedding Ceremony And Or Reception Management

Ceremony & or reception on the wedding day coordination at the venue entails early arrival to ensure all vendors are set up on time and to answer questions.

  • inform the bride, groom, photographer and band or DJ of the scheduled events,

  • Arrange for ALL your personal items to be packed up and given to a designated family member, room, and/or vehicle.
